Best recruiting CRM for solo recruiters in 2026

Short answer. Buy a one-desk agency CRM. Recruiterflow Platform is $119/user/mo yearly ($149 monthly). Recruit CRM Pro is $95 annual / $109 monthly in the page-loaded USD object (2026-08-28). Skip unlimited-user in-house plans built for 50-person HR teams.

A solo recruiter should buy a one-desk agency CRM, not an in-house ATS. Recruiterflow Platform prints $119 per user per month on yearly billing ($149 monthly). Recruit CRM’s USD page-loaded Pro rate is $95 annual / $109 monthly — the HTML prints no dollars; same caveat as Manatal vs Recruit CRM. Manatal Professional at $15 is the wrong default for a desk that invoices clients.

This page is for a 1-desk agency / independent recruiter, not a 20-person in-house team. Agency-wide picks: ATS for recruiting agencies. In-house SMB: best ATS for small business. Cost models: ATS pricing. Prices opened 2026-08-28.

The job is a desk, not a careers page

A recruiting CRM for a solo operator has to hold candidates, jobs, companies/clients, and a deal or placement pipeline in one login. An in-house ATS holds jobs, candidates, and hiring managers. If you fill roles for clients, the second object model is the one you are buying. If you only hire for your own company, stop reading this page and use the SMB guide.

A spreadsheet is a valid 1-desk system until it is not. Valid: you can name every live req, every client, and every candidate you owe a reply. Invalid: the sheet and your inbox disagree, or a contractor needs a login. That is the buy line — not “AI,” not a logo roundup.

1-seat math (annual where they print both)

Assumptions in the cell. Recruiterflow and Zoho dollars are HTML or Zoho’s published recruit-pricing-val.json. Recruit CRM dollars are the USD the live pricing page loads; they are not in the HTML we fetched. Manatal is here so you can see the wrong-default discount.

Three recruiter seats are a different article. On Recruiterflow yearly, 3 × $119 = $357/mo. On Zoho Staffing Standard, 3 × $25 = $75/mo. On Manatal Professional, 3 recruiter seats = $45/mo — still the wrong object model. Seat-vs-flat context: ATS pricing.

Recruiterflow Platform — printed one-seat CRM

Recruiterflow (recruiterflow.com/pricing, 2026-08-28). Platform: USD in page source $149 monthly, $119 yearly, per user. Meta/JSON-LD: starts at $119/user/month. Public Platform card: ATS and CRM, multichannel sequences, recruitment automation, sales automation, client and team access control, bulk sourcing using Chrome extension, reports, API access. FAQ: “No add-ons. No surprises. No extra costs” — features follow the plan, they are not à la carte on that page.

AIRA is a second plan: “Let’s chat / custom pricing,” for “search firms with bigger teams, and much bigger dreams.” Named extras on that card: AIRA Notetaker, Matchmaker, Job Change Alerts, Field Updates Agent, Submission Agent, Task Agent, omnichannel communication sync, custom BI dashboards. Not in the cost table. Product: Recruiterflow.

Limitation: it is per-user. The second login is another $119. The AI the homepage sells lives on AIRA, not on the $119 line. This is agency software; an in-house founder does not need sales automation.

Skip Recruiterflow if you hire only in-house, you need AIRA at a published price, you wanted a $15 seat, or you need a forever-free plan. AIRA skip is also a skip of this product as “AI CRM.”

Recruit CRM — agency desk, dollars not in the HTML

Recruit CRM (recruitcrm.io/pricing, 2026-08-28). The live page lists Pro / Business / Enterprise, a monthly vs annual toggle, and “Save up to 20%.” Copy: “Start free, and experience limitless potential.” Pro-card features we can see in the HTML: AI Resume Parser, deal pipelines, unlimited open jobs, among others. Bulk texting appears on the page’s feature list (higher-plan grid in our compare). Comparison detail we already logged the same day: candidate matching 2 matches on Pro vs 50 on Business/Enterprise.

The HTML and schema Offer we fetched did not include dollar amounts. USD the page loads (same caveat as Manatal vs Recruit CRM): Pro $95/user/mo billed annually ($109 monthly, $1,140/year); Business $135 ($159); Enterprise $215 ($259). Currency follows location — a same-day request from outside the US returned CAD, not these dollars. We do not put those figures in a table that claims “printed in HTML.”

Product: Recruit CRM.

Limitation: the sticker (when the JS paints it) is the license. Automation, boards, enrichment, LinkedIn, and analytics are extra on Pro and Business in the compare we published today. Every provisioned user is a seat. There is no free hiring-manager line on the pricing page.

Skip Recruit CRM if you hire for your own company, you refuse to buy a product whose HTML will not print a price, you wanted hiring-manager logins that are not seats, or you are comparing it to Manatal’s $15 as if they were substitutes.

Manatal — cheapest published seat, wrong default

Manatal (manatal.com/pricing, 2026-08-28). Professional $15 per user per month billed annually ($19 monthly), 15 jobs, 10,000 candidates, unlimited hiring managers. Copilot and scoring are on that plan — that is why it wins AI-native ATS for startups, not this page. The vendor lists solutions for freelance recruiters. The public grid still reads in-house: jobs, candidates, hiring managers, career page. It lists CRM and mass email. It does not list invoicing or bulk SMS the way Recruit CRM does.

Limitation: 15 jobs on Professional is not an agency cap you can ignore. After 14 days you pay. The trial is not the full paid product (FAQ withholds several outbound and AI-JD features until you subscribe and verify).

Skip Manatal (on this page) if you invoice clients, you will have more than 15 open jobs and refuse Enterprise ($35 annual / $39 monthly), or you needed a deal pipeline. If you are actually in-house, you are on the wrong URL — go to the SMB guide. Trial: Manatal signup.

Zoho Recruit Staffing — cheapest printed staffing seat

Zoho Recruit (zoho.com/recruit/pricing.html, USD from recruit-pricing-val.json loaded by that page, 2026-08-28). Staffing edition: Standard $25 / $30 (annual/monthly) per recruiter; Professional $50 / $60; Enterprise $75 / $90. Forever Free $0, one active job. 15-day trial, then Free; 45-day money-back on paid editions; no forced contracts, per the pricing page. Corporate edition (in-house) is a different set of cards (Standard $25/$30, Enterprise $50/$60, “Includes AI” on Corporate Enterprise). Taxes extra in some regions.

Limitation: per-recruiter billing. Hiring-manager/employee licenses are add-ons in packs of 10. AI Candidate Matching is printed on Corporate Enterprise, not as a Standard gift. This is a Zoho-shaped desk: fine if you already live in Zoho, a worse first CRM if you wanted sequences and a Chrome extension as the headline.

Skip Zoho Staffing if you refuse per-recruiter billing, you need a published agency CRM with deals/invoices as first-class objects on the marketing card, or you wanted Recruiterflow’s sequences-and-API Platform card.

When the spreadsheet is still correct

Stay on the sheet if all of these are true: one client or a handful, fewer live candidates than you can name from memory, no contractor who needs a login, and you can reconstruct last week’s pipeline without scrolling Slack. The day any of those fails, you have a CRM problem. You do not automatically have a $149/mo problem — Zoho Forever Free and Breezy Bootstrap exist for a company with one job, but they are not client CRMs. A solo agency that only needed a candidate list can still be a sheet.

Who should skip this category

  1. You hire for your own headcount. This is not your page. SMB ATS, or Manatal if you want the $15 AI seat.
  2. You wanted Bullhorn because “that’s what staffing uses.” Quote-first OS. Printed Starter/Core figures still sit behind Get a quote. Alternatives: Bullhorn alternatives for small agencies.
  3. You need Recruiterflow AIRA or Recruitee at a public price. AIRA is Let’s chat. Recruitee Start/Advance/Optimize printed empty price nodes on 2026-08-28.
  4. You thought Manatal $15 was an agency CRM. It is an in-house ATS with a CRM label. Read the compare.
  5. The sheet still tells the truth. Do not buy a desk license to feel professional.

FAQs

What is the best recruiting CRM for a solo recruiter in 2026?

A one-desk agency should buy agency software, not an in-house ATS. Recruiterflow Platform prints $119 per user per month on yearly billing ($149 monthly). Recruit CRM’s USD page-loaded Pro rate is $95 annual / $109 monthly — the HTML prints no dollars; same caveat as our Manatal vs Recruit CRM page. Manatal Professional at $15 is the wrong default for a desk that invoices clients.

How much does a recruiting CRM cost for one seat?

Verified 2026-08-28: Recruiterflow Platform $119/mo yearly ($1,428/yr) or $149 monthly. Zoho Recruit Staffing Standard $25/recruiter/mo annual ($30 monthly) from recruit-pricing-val.json. Manatal Professional $15/user/mo annual — cheaper, and the wrong product if you have clients. Recruit CRM Pro $95/$109 in USD the live page loads; not in tables that require HTML dollars.

Is Manatal a recruiting CRM for solo recruiters?

Manatal’s pricing page lists CRM, mass email, a career page, and a Chrome sourcing extension, and it sells a freelance-recruiter story. Hirelane still would not start a 1-desk agency there. Professional caps at 15 jobs and 10,000 candidates. The public grid does not list invoicing or bulk texting the way Recruit CRM does. Cheaper is not the same as correct.

Should a solo recruiter stay on a spreadsheet?

Yes, if you have a handful of live candidates, one client, and you can still answer what happened last Tuesday. The day you cannot, you have outgrown the sheet — that is a CRM, not Manatal Professional and not Bullhorn.

Recruit CRM’s pricing page has no dollars. Can you still quote $95?

Only with a caveat. On 2026-08-28 the HTML and schema Offer did not include dollar amounts. The live page loads USD figures in the browser (Pro $95 annual / $109 monthly, Business $135/$159, Enterprise $215/$259 in our same-day compare). Currency follows location. We table Recruiterflow and Zoho as HTML/JSON dollars; Recruit CRM stays footnoted.

Is Recruiterflow AIRA for a solo recruiter?

No as a default. AIRA is “Let’s chat / custom pricing.” Platform is the printed one-seat plan. Named agents (Notetaker, Matchmaker, and the rest of that card) sit on AIRA. A one-desk searcher who needs those agents has to take a sales call; we will not invent the quote.

When should a solo recruiter skip a recruiting CRM?

Skip if you hire only for your own company (use an SMB ATS), if you need a forever-free plan (Breezy Bootstrap / Zoho Forever Free), or if the only CTA is a demo and you wanted checkout this week (Bullhorn Pro/Max, Recruitee, Recruiterflow AIRA).

Price the desk, not the AI headline. Recruiterflow Platform ($119 yearly) if you want a printed agency CRM this week. Zoho Staffing Standard ($25) if you already live in Zoho.
